TaDa Gaming has strengthened its North American footprint with a new license from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). The license authorises the Malta-based company to supply its iGaming content to operators in Canada’s largest province.
The certification, confirmed on October 7, marks a significant step in TaDa Gaming’s ongoing strategy to expand into regulated markets worldwide.
The AGCO approval means that TaDa Gaming’s extensive selection of online slots will now be available to Ontario residents for the first time. However, the company has yet to announce any partnerships in the province.
The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Andy Huang, stated that the AGCO certification demonstrates TaDa Gaming’s commitment to integrity, compliance, and long-term growth. He added that the company was committed to maintaining higher standards across all key performance indicators. He would also like to improve localisation and continue to make innovations in design to ensure its portfolio of games is an unparalleled offering for operators and players.
A Global Presence
Ontario is another on a growing list of jurisdictions where the company is licensed. The developer’s games already appear in Malta, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Greece, and Romania, holding the respective licenses for each market.
The approved certifications underscore TaDa Gaming’s focus on operating strictly within regulated markets while maintaining fairness, player protection, and strong ethical business practices. The company describes its license portfolio as a reflection of its commitment to meeting and going beyond international regulatory standards.
Ontario is one of North America’s largest regulated iGaming markets. As a result, it represents a key opportunity for TaDa Gaming’s portfolio of more than 200 games. TaDa’s collection includes slots, table and card games, bingo, crash titles, and its distinctive fish-shooting products.
TaDa Gaming has been steadily building its profile in North America. In April, the company launched Freeslotmatch, a U.S.-based free-to-play social gaming platform. It features a games library of slots and multiplayer games.
