The FedEx Cup Fall concludes with this week's RSM Classic and, with playing privileges for the 2025 PGA Tour season confirmed after this tournament, it promises to be an enthralling spectacle at Saint Simons Island in Georgia.
Sweden's Ludvig Aberg returns to defend the title he won in record-breaking fashion last year, in what will be his first appearance since the Tour Championship after he underwent knee surgery.
This dual-course event, which is rotated between the Plantation and Seaside course over the first two days before being played extensively on the Seaside track over the weekend, generally offers up plenty of birdies, although it can be difficult to navigate if the wind picks up.

Harman Can Put His Way To Glory
Brian Harman's last PGA Tour appearance came at the BMW Championship in August, but he looks ready to land his first title since winning the 2023 Open Championship at Royal Liverpool Golf Club.
The 37-year-old had a rare outing on the Asian Tour in October, finishing tied-13th at the SJM Macao Open and that would have helped to blow away any potential cobwebs.
Harman has played in every RSM Classic since 2012, coming closest to winning in 2022 when tied-second, adding to his top-five finish in 2017 and top 10 in 2013.
The American has thrived at other coastal courses, notably at Harbour Town where he has three top-10 results, and his usually reliable putting should get him into contention in Georgia.

Rodgers Set For More Coastal-Course Success
Patrick Rodgers is another player who enjoys his trips to the coast and he boasts strong RSM Classic form, finishing runner-up in 2018 after losing in a play-off and recording top-10s in 2016 and on his last visit in 2022.
The American was tied-ninth at last week's Bermuda Championship, another coastal course, and there is no pressure on him given his playing privileges for 2025 are already wrapped up.
Rodgers was tied-fifth at the 2024 RBC Heritage, further evidence of his love for this type of test, and it would be no surprise to see him in the mix come Sunday.

Eckroat Can Land 2024 Hat-Trick
American Austin Eckroat has had a year to remember, first breaking his PGA Tour duck at the Cognizant Classic in March and then triumphing for a second time at the World Wide Technology Championship in November.
The 25-year-old took last week off to celebrate his victory and he now returns for a second crack at the RSM Classic, having finished tied-eighth last year.
Now a two-time PGA Tour winner, Eckroat is a more polished player than he was 12 months ago and he will surely fancy his chances of landing his third title of the year.
Eckroat's victory at the Cognizant Classic in March is another strong piece of correlating form as well, as that event was played at the PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, another coastal course.
