If I was judging the Wish Upon a Jackpot slot by its proverbial fairytale book cover my first response would be negative. Put simply,  this now decade-old slot has not aged well. Back when it was first released I am sure the 3D-style graphics looked great and were in keeping with other slots released but looking at the game with modern eyes, it just reminds me of that dark era of 2003-2013 where classic animation techniques were ditched in favour of cheaper, more novel, and not-quite-there-yet 3D graphics meaning the outcome is very much ‘Polar Express’ in appearance.

The challenging volatility and lower-than-average RTP for the Wish Upon a Jackpot game, starting at just 92.46%  does not really help matters, but somehow this slot has managed to redeem itself by the sheer amount of bonus features it has to offer. This slot is definitely a case of quantity over quality, but if you do not care too much for visuals and love bonus features, the Wish Upon a Jackpot slot machine can still be very enjoyable.
