Leading online slots and games provider Swintt has secured a license from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (ACGO). This will allow the company to offer its products via licensed operators in the Canadian province.
North American Debut
The move into Ontario represents a significant milestone for the developer. Not only is it the company’s first foray into the Canadian market, but it also represents its first steps into North America. The company is active in eleven countries, including major European markets like Malta, Germany, and the Netherlands.
Swintt unveiled plans at the start of 2024 to make significant inroads in global markets, with this maiden entry into the North American market being a key strategic move. The company has had a busy start to the year, completing the purchase of game developer Elysium Studios at the end of January.
As a result, players in Ontario will now get full access to both Swint’s portfolio and the new line-up of titles added by Elysium Studios, including the exciting new co-release Tipsy Charms. Swintt offers a massive portfolio of games, including table games, live casino products, and standard video slot games.
A Huge Step
David Mann, Chief Executive Officer at Swintt, said that the company is delighted to have received approval from the ACGO. Mann explained that they are excited to take this new and exciting market by storm, describing the licensing approval as a huge step as they look to expand onto the global stage.
Swintt’s unique brand of online slot and gaming content will no doubt be a huge success when it debuts in Ontario, with the company yet to announce which operators it will be working within the province.
