Canada Can Earn Their Stripes
Canada enjoyed a positive Copa America campaign, reaching the semi-finals before being edged out by Argentina, and this progressive outfit can keep improving at the USA’s expense.
The Stars and Stripes failed to make it out of the group stage on home turf in that tournament, losing to Panama and Uruguay as they finished third in Group C, and that poor effort led to manager Gregg Berhalter losing his job.
Interim coach Mikey Varas will be in charge for the USMNT's September matches and it has been widely reported that former PSG, Chelsea and Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino will become the Stars and Stripes’ new boss.
There may well be some upturn for a change of manager, but the USA squad lacks quality and they may struggle to overcome a useful Canadian side.
Alphonso Davies, Jonathan David, Stephen Eustaquio and Jonathan Osorio are excellent performers for the Canucks, who look capable of leaving Kansas with a victory.

Canadians Can Keep The USA At Bay
There is a clambering for attacking and free-flowing football from Stars and Stripes supporters after the drab leadership of former incumbent Berhalter, but it may take some time for the USA to rise from their slump.
The USMNT have scored only five goals in their last five matches and the Stars and Stripes have won only two of their last nine assignments inside 90 minutes.
Only four of the last 13 meetings between Canada and the US have seen both sides find the net and backing the Canucks to win to nil on Sunday could yield a big-priced reward.
Canada did manage to keep two clean sheets at the Copa America, keeping out Peru and Chile, and Jesse Marsch has had more time to work with his side since then and sharpen up defensively.

Oluwaseyi Can Punish US Defence
Tani Oluwaseyi has enjoyed a breakout campaign in the MLS this season and the Canadian forward could cause the Stars and Stripes problems on Sunday.
The Minnesota man has hit eight goals in 18 appearances for the Loons this term and the pace of the 24-year-old is likely to be a potent weapon against the USA, who have kept just one clean sheet in their last five outings.
