Chelsea were beaten at the hands of Manchester City last weekend, but are heavy favourites to bounce back in style against a West Ham side who have shipped eight goals in their last two meetings with their London rivals.
The Hammers, now managed by former Blues’ boss Graham Potter, have struggled on the road this season, but will be hoping that the change in management can salvage their season.

Blues Favourites To Win Potential Thriller
West Ham have taken four points from a possible nine since Graham Potter took charge in January, but they have won only three competitive away games all season and are expected to struggle at Stamford Bridge.
Despite finding it hard to win, the Hammers have found the net in 12 of their 13 away days, so they can at least grab a goal against a defensively fragile Chelsea.
The Blues have kept only one clean sheet in their last 10 top-flight fixtures, but they have put eight past West Ham in their last two meetings and have been a tough nut to crack at Stamford Bridge this term.
Enzo Maresca’s side have lost only one of their last 10 home league games but, with just one shutout in that run, backing the hosts to win and both teams to score appeals.

Palmer Can Strike Again On Monday
Chelsea were beaten 3-1 by West Ham just 11 days before Cole Palmer joined the Blues last season, but the England international has helped them to victory in each of his two outings against the Hammers.
He scored in their 5-0 thrashing of West Ham at Stamford Bridge last term and in their 3-0 win at the London Stadium in September, with the latter being one of 14 Premier League goals for the 22-year-old this season.
With 36 goals in 56 league appearances, there is no doubt that Palmer has turned out to be one of the best signings in recent years, and he can strike again on Monday.
Of those 36 league goals, 24 have come in his 27 home games for Chelsea, including eight in 11 outings at the Bridge this term. He has scored seven times in his last 11 appearances and should be able to end a two-game goal drought against West Ham.

Alvarez To Get In Hot Water At Stamford Bridge
Edson Alvarez picked up his sixth Premier League booking of the season at Aston Villa last weekend and the combative midfielder is a good price to add another card to his tally on Monday.
The Mexico international has already been sent off twice in all competitions this term and has a long history of ill-discipline.
His two seasons at West Ham have yielded 29 cards in total across 64 competitive appearances, two of which have been shown in his two starts against Chelsea.
