SpinShake is an online casino operated by AG Communications, which is owned by Aspire Global Limited — a reputable provider of casino software. In our SpinShake review, we’ll delve deep into this casino to bring you all the essential info, from the games to the bonuses and customer support.
As with all online casinos we cover at Gambling Zone, SpinShake is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) to operate in Great Britain. The site features a wide variety of games for you to try, including hundreds of slots, live roulette, live blackjack, live game shows, and more.
SpinShake has a bright and eye-catching design, though it doesn’t offer a huge amount to get excited about visually. The homepage introduces the casino in simple terms, with information on the security, the games, and the vision behind it.
ShakeSpin’s team “promises you only the best online casino games, complete with awesome promotions and an epic vibe!”. The site might not necessarily have an “epic” feel to it (to me, at least), but it has a clean aesthetic and is pretty easy to navigate.
A list of recent winners appears on the right-hand side of the homepage, and you can click on multiple tabs at the top to view different games categories. Scroll down to see dozens of the games available. Links to the usual pages are in the footer: ‘About Us’, ‘Security’, ‘FAQs’, and many more. Click on these to find key information about the site.
SpinShake has its fair share of positives, which is great, but there are a couple of negatives to consider, too. Here’s a quick list of the pros and cons I found while using the site.
Just one method of customer support
More than 2,000 games spanning slots and live casino options
Not many promotions
Decent welcome bonus and monthly Drops & Wins promotion
Simple design that is easy on the eye
SpinShake’s biggest strength is the range of games on offer, with diverse slots and live casino experiences to try. You can play some of the most popular slots on the market, including Starburst and Book of Dead, along with recent releases. The live games cover baccarat, sic bo, poker, and other popular casino options. It’s just a shame that you can only reach out to the site’s team through one channel if you need support, and that more promotions are not available.
SpinShake’s team has created a decent welcome offer that combines bonus money with free spins.
When you sign up with SpinShake, you can get a 100% match bonus of up to £50 with 25 free spins on Starburst — one of the most well-known online slots. Here is how to get it:
The wagering requirement for both parts of the welcome bonus is 40x. As a result, you’ll need to wager the bonus amount 40 times before you can cash out.
For example, if you deposit £20.00 into your account and get a £20.00 bonus, you’ll have to wager £800.00 in total to withdraw the winnings. The welcome bonus must be wagered within 21 days of being applied to your account.
Alongside its welcome bonus, SpinShake offers a small set of promotions to entice players. At the time of writing, there are only two promotions (not including the welcome bonus) to check out.
The Drops & Wins promotion awards £2,000,000 in prizes each month. While reviewing SpinShake, the Drops & Wins promotion applied to Pragmatic Play slots.
Playing eligible games gives you a chance to win prizes, including cash payouts and free spins. Daily prize drops worth £30,000 and daily tournaments with a £40,000 prize pool are available.
SpinShake’s Game of the Week Challenge focuses on a new game every week. As I was writing this review, you could win 40 free spins on Rise of Olympus Origins by playing 100 paid spins first.
SpinShake includes a loyalty program, but doesn’t go into much detail about it. By playing games, you’ll win Reward Points that you can redeem for bonus money. There are seven levels in the loyalty ladder:
You need to earn 10 points to reach Bronze, which will give you a fast cashout process, and Sunday Spins. As you progress to other levels, you’ll unlock more perks. These include:
You can find more detailed information on this on SpinShake’s ‘Loyalty’ page.
SpinShake has hundreds of games for you to browse on the homepage. You can click on the following tabs at the top of the screen to switch between different categories:
Alternatively, you can use the search bar to enter the game name or provider directly if you know what you’re looking for. SpinShake’s software providers include Red Tiger Gaming, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Play’n GO, Blueprint Gaming, and more. There are no sports betting facilities available, though.
Most of the games at SpinShake are slots. As you scroll through the extensive list of titles, you’ll see slots with diverse themes — fantasy, animals, classic, ancient Greece, Western, jewels, horror, and others. There’s an exciting variety to explore, catering to players with different tastes.
Some of the slots shown on the homepage include Book of Dead, Wolf Riches, Wisdom of Athena 1000, Fire Joker, Book of Ocean Outlaws, Dragons of the North, Wild West Bandits, Aphrodite Goes Wild, Oodles of Noodles, Book of Evil, Baba Yaga Tales: Haunted Hollows, Slingo Press Your Luck, and many more.
Press the ‘Live Casino’ tab at the top of the screen to switch from the slots to the range of live games. This features games streamed directly from studios operated by popular software providers, including Evolution Gaming and Stakelogic. You can choose from traditional table games, such as blackjack and baccarat, as well as game shows with high production values.
As you browse the collection of live casino games, you’ll find Power Blackjack, Super Wheel, French Roulette, American Blackjack, Speed Baccarat, Caribbean Stud, Dream Catcher, Super Stake Blackjack VIP, and many others.
SpinShake has a mobile version for smartphones and tablets. It’s a little bit different in some ways, but still easy to navigate. In my experience, I actually found SpinShake more pleasurable to use on mobile, as it looked and felt a bit more user-friendly overall.
One of the big differences is that the ‘Casino’ and ‘Live Casino’ tabs at the top of the page are missing. To find the live casino games on mobile, scroll down towards the bottom of the homepage. They’re just above the footer. Click on the ‘view all 171 games’ link to open the live casino section.
The sidebar menu is minimal on mobile, as with the desktop version of SpinShake. Here, you can search for games with a search bar, access the promotions page, or change your language. That’s it.
At SpinShake, you can make deposits and withdrawals via multiple payment methods. Most of the most popular options in the UK are available, including PayPal and Visa. Deposit times are instant, but withdrawal time varies depending on your chosen method

SpinShake claims that security “is essential to the success” of its site. It uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect sensitive data (e.g. your payment details) and a secure server. You can find more information on this if you click the ‘Security’ link in the footer.
SpinShake also has an iTech Labs badge — tap that to view the Random Number Generator Certificate that confirms the RNG used by the site complies with regulations.
In terms of responsible gambling, SpinShake has a comprehensive Responsible Gaming Policy section that provides plenty of information. This covers setting personal deposit limits, time outs, self-exclusion periods, reality checks, autoplay limits, and other helpful topics.
You can also take a self-assessment test by answering 12 questions. The Responsible Gambling Policy section includes links to Gambling Therapy Helpline, Gamblers Anonymous, GAMSTOP, and various other resources, too.
Customer support isn’t one of SpinShake’s best areas, unfortunately. The support section of the site is more difficult to find than it should be — I spotted it at the bottom of the ‘About Us’ pop-up page. This appeared in the form of a link to the ‘Contact Us’ page, which would be better placed in the site’s footer.
The ‘Contact Us’ page includes a contact form that invites you to send a query, as well as a link to the ‘Document Uploader’ for identity verification. SpinShake states that its support team is available 24/7. There’s also a detailed FAQ section if you want to try to answer questions yourself before contacting support.

SpinShake is a decent online casino, but there are much better sites out there. The variety of games is good, and there are more than 2,000 to play in total. Several payment options are available, which caters to a broad range of players. SpinShake’s welcome bonus is solid, too.
Unfortunately, the small variety of promotions and limited customer support hold it back. It is worth a look, but far from one of the best casino sites on the market. I give it a rating of 7.6. If you would like to know more about how we rate the different casino sites we review you can check our Site Review criteria.
