As Cool Jewels is a cluster pays slot, there are no paylines. Instead, you need to connect four or more matching symbols, horizontally or vertically, to win. Create a matching group and all symbols, apart from Unstable Wilds, Shattering Wilds, Persisting Wilds, and Shocking Wilds, vanish.
New symbols fall in from above to replace them, and if four or more matching ones connect, you’ll win again. Each time you win, slices within a section of the Pay Per Symbol Meter are highlighted.

Wild Symbols
The Unstable Wild, Shattering Wild, and Shocking Wild become activated when they appear in a cluster. Each one performs a special function when activated:
- Unstable Wilds destroy all remaining symbols in any positions they’re connected to.
- Shattering Wilds destroy all remaining symbols in positions running vertically and horizontally from their centre.
- Shocking Wilds destroy all remaining symbols in positions running diagonally from their centre.
Land two Unstable Wilds, Shattering Wilds, or Shocking Wilds horizontally in adjacent positions, in a winning cluster, to activate enhancement features.
Enhancement Features
Green, Blue, and Pink Watermarks can appear on the reels at certain points during the game. These can increase the power of the Wild symbols.
For example, when any combination of Shattering Wild and Unstable Wild symbols appears, any positions affected by Unstable Wild symbols are highlighted with the Pink Watermark. In the next evaluation, any remaining symbols in Pink Watermark positions (excepted activated Wilds) are destroyed after winning symbols in matching groups vanish.
Free Games Bonus
The Free Games Bonus starts when four or more Bonus symbols are destroyed. You’ll get 8, 10, 15, or 20 free games for 4, 5, 6, or 7 destroyed Bonus symbols, respectively.
