Deadwood RTP and Wagering

Nolimit does not like to do things conventionally. The slot uses five reels with a 3-4-4-4-3 set-up. This allows for 576 ways to win on each spin.

Clicking the dollar symbol in the bottom corner will allow you to adjust your stake on each spin. The minimum bet is £0.10, and the maximum is £100. This is a solid range which will accommodate both higher rollers and more conservative players.

The slot has a maximum win of 13,950x, which is a really strong offering. The RTP is 96.03%, but two versions are available with lower percentages. Of course, we recommend checking before you spin to ensure you have the best version. The slot game is highly volatile.

Deadwood Symbols and Audio & Video Design

Tombstone was a big hit for Nolimit City, and the developer has stuck with a very similar design for Deadwood. The game is set in a dusty old town, with a variety of cowboys and other colourful characters making appearances on the reels.

The slot is not as dark or whacky as some of Nolimit City’s later offerings, but it still looks great. Of course, there are natural comparisons to make with NetEnt’s popular Dead or Alive 2 slot, which also used a Western theme.

A series of Bounty Hunters act as Wilds, while the highest-paying symbol in the game is Gold Bars, which serve up a 3.5x win for combinations of five or more. The base game serves up small wins, with most of the action coming in the bonus rounds.

Deadwood Mobile Features

Nolimit City has developed Deadwood with mobile users in mind. The slot is fully optimised to work on a number of devices, with Android and iOS being supported. The touch version of the slot is exactly the same as the desktop version, offering all of the same features and winning potential.

Deadwood Bonus Features

Nolimit City slots are famous for serving up plenty of bonus feature action, and Deadwood is a fantastic example of this.

Hunter xNudge Wilds

There are three Bounty Hunter Wild symbols in the game. These appear stacked in the game, and can be four symbols high. Whenever one lands that is not fully in view, it will be nudged up or down. When it is nudged, the multiplier attached will increase by one.

Shoot Out Feature

If you land the Sheriff Badge on reels 1 and 5, it will trigger a Shoot Out across the reels. All low-paying symbols on reels 2-4 will become Wild, and wins will be recalculated.

Free Spins

Landing three Scatters will trigger the Free Spins bonus. There are two different versions of the Deadwood Free Spins you can choose from at the start of the round:

Hunter Spins: Players get eight Hunter Spins. At least one Hunter Wild is guaranteed on each spin. During the round, if another Scatter lands, it will add another spin.

Gunslinger Spins: You will get eight free spins. During this round, you will take on the gunslingers, with any Hunter Wilds activating an unlimited win multiplier.

Shoot Out Free Spins

The free spins action does not stop there. The Shoot Out Free Spins can also be triggered. These are triggered when you either land a Sheriff symbol on reels 1 and 5 during either of the two previously mentioned Free Spins rounds or you land three Scatters plus the Sheriff symbol on reels 1 and 5. During the round, the Sheriff symbols will lock in place, and a Shoot Out will trigger on each spin.

Deadwood Final Thoughts

Deadwood is an excellent online slot from one of the best developers in the industry. The game’s bonus features tie in with its theme effortlessly, and the 13,950x maximum win is also a huge selling point. If you want a well-designed, highly volatile slice of slot action with some brilliant bonuses, then Deadwood is the slot for you.
