ELK Studios keeps things very simple with the design of the Hidden online slot game. The game has five reels and four rows, with 178 ways to win on each spin. Winning combos are formed when players land three or more matching symbols on consecutive reels, regardless of their position.

When you see the word Egyptian involved with a slot, you expect to run into Anubis, Ra, and other gods commonly used in games. However, ELK has taken a different approach with Hidden, using a more modern Egypt as its setting.
On the grids, you’ll encounter a camel, a young explorer, and an older man. The latter of these is the highest paying symbol, serving up wins of 10x your stake for a combination of five, while the young explorer is next with 5x. The lower-paying symbols consist of the standard A-10.
While it is nice to see a slightly different take on Egypt, Hidden is not ELK Studios’ most creative design, with the game feeling a little basic and lacking in personality at times.

Hidden, while an okay slot game, does not feel as though it is up to the usual high standards of ELK Studio titles. It is effectively a ‘Book of’ slot with a few additional twists. That said, the Sticky Wilds can lead to some good sequences, and the Cascade-like feature does keep the Free Spins entertaining. However, the lack of big winning potential, with just a 2,500x maximum win and an average design, leaves this feeling a little short.
