Oracle of Gold is a vibrant slot game with a purple background and flashes of forked lightning in the distance. The oracle is positioned next to the reels, surrounded by a fiery glow and presiding over what looks like a cauldron of bright blue flames.
The symbols on the reels are fairly basic, with the higher-paying symbols represented by lion, bull, ram and owl heads. The lower-paying symbols are coloured gemstones which look like they are sitting on rune stones.
The Scatter symbol is the oracle herself, and during the free spins round a wheel of mystical symbols rotates slowly behind the reels. The game’s design fits the theme well, but I felt that overall it was a little simplistic, with slightly garish colours, and it could have been a bit more sophisticated.

Oracle of Gold is a decent slot game that is likely to appeal to fans of cluster pays slots. The extra multiplier feature is a nice touch, although during my (fairly short) gaming session, I didn’t experience the symbols turning gold. I like that the multiplier held its value during the Free Spins round on non-winning spins, as in many games it’s common for this to reset.
The design of the game is fairly standard, and perhaps a little more thought could have gone into it. As it stands, it seems a little garish and there isn’t anything particularly outstanding about it. The maximum win of 10,000x your bet is quite appealing, and the RTP of 96.55% is a little higher than average. All in all, Oracle of Gold is a good option if you’re looking to try a new game and you enjoy the cluster pays format. It’s also suitable for beginners, since there aren’t too many complicated features going on. However, more experienced players might find it a little lacking, and there are certainly other Ancient Greek-inspired slots that feel a bit more engaging.
