However, the evil Captain Diaz is on a mission to spoil everyone’s fun. During the game he tries to imprison the Taco brothers on the reels, while his beautiful daughter attempts to release them.
As well as the character symbols on the reels, you will also find maracas, whistles and a safe with gold in it. ELK Studios have done a great job with the visuals in this slot, and the soundtrack is excellent too. As you spin the reels an upbeat, Mexican-inspired soundtrack plays to help set the scene.

Taco Brothers Derailed is an immersive slot game that stands out from the crowd. Slots with a clear storyline and developed characters are few and far between, but ELK Studios have done a great job of bringing the story of the Taco brothers to life in a new Gold-Rush-style setting.
The Walking Wild and Walking Wild Multipliers are a nice touch, and the detailed story elements (like Captain Diaz imprisoning the brothers and hisdaughter releasingthem) makes the game engaging to play.
Although it would have been nice to see a slightly higher RTP to match the original Taco brothers game, the top prize of 10,000x is an improvement on the earlier slot. All in all, Taco Brothers Derailed is an impressive slot game that brings something new to the table.
