The Temple Tumble slot game is inspired by Indiana Jones-style adventures, and even has an animated opening sequence to help set the mood. It shows our brave protagonist facing snakes and tigers on a perilous journey to the sacred temple. The game begins at the entrance to the temple, and the aim of the game is to clear all of the stone blocks in front of it to win cash prizes.

Although the theme of Temple Tumble is not very original, Relax Gaming have done a good job with the visuals and audio here. Mist floats gently past the reels and the sound of a crackling fire pit helps to create a tranquil gaming experience.

In terms of symbols this slot is fairly straightforward, since the free spins round is triggered by clearing all of the stone blocks on the grid rather than getting a certain number of Scatters.

Temple Tumble is a beautifully designed slot game with a cascading mechanic that can trigger the free spins round. Although it is not easy to trigger the bonus feature, once I reached it I appreciated the option to choose which free spins mode I wanted to play. The game has an RTP of 96.25% and a max win of 7,767x your bet, which is lower than some slot games but attractive nonetheless.

The “fearless adventurer searches for hidden temple” theme has been done many a time in the slots world, but I was particularly impressed by Relax Gaming’s high-quality graphics and design – both in the base game and in the free spins round. Clearing all the blocks from the grid is quite the challenge so it would be great if there was a way to fast-track to Free Spins, but this is not a dealbreaker for me as the game still provided enough excitement with the tumble feature.
