As we alluded to with numerous puns earlier in this review, Frogs are the main motif of the Wild Hop & Drop slot machine. The reels are situated in a pond, that seems to be in a southern bayou ala Princess and the Frog. The graphics are high-quality, and the different frogs that can appear on the reels are well-differentiated thanks to their colours. A pretty fun design touch to mention is the frog which accompanies you as you spin. Found to the left of the reels this happy chap will bob up and down on his lily pad whenever the reels are spinning. A musical score accompanies gameplay, but this can be toggled off if not to your liking. The atmospheric pond sounds, however, really suit the theme and are quite relaxing.
The lower-paying symbols on the reels are the A–J royals which are colour-coded in the same way as the frog symbols - not the most inventive choice, but it gets the job done. The higher-paying symbols are the three distinct frogs. The most valuable symbol is the green frog, which pays out 4x your total stake for 6 symbols, and up to 200x your total stake for 26 matching symbols.
