DAZN Bet, the sports betting platform of popular sports and entertainment service DAZN, is set to launch in Germany, the operator has confirmed. The launch comes as part of a joint venture between DAZN Bet and Pragmatic Solutions, with the latter providing the platform technology for the sports betting provider.
DAZN has been everywhere in the sporting world over the last few years, with the company famous for its sports streaming service and live events. DAZN Bet was announced by the company in April 2022 and was given a soft launch the following August.
The website has already been launched in the UK, Spain and Italy and has been a big success with sports bettors in those countries. Germany will become the fourth country that the operator has launched in.
The news of the launch comes after it was confirmed the operator has been added to the sports betting section of Germany’s White List. Now it is fully licensed, the service will be fully integrated into DAZN’s streaming offering from mid-September.
A New Kind Of Experience
DAZN Bet and Pragmatic Play Solutions have expressed excitement about their move into the German market. In a press release, Gabriel Vollmann, the managing director of DAZN Bet, said that DAZN Bet will provide DAZN users and sports fans with a new kind of sports betting experience.
Vollman added that DAZN and Pragmatic Solutions have worked closely with the German authorities to ensure the brand is fully compliant with market regulations. He added that this highlights the company’s commitment to being a safe provider and to putting player’s enjoyment at their core.
As well as all of its sports betting services, DAZN Bet will also provide responsible gambling resources and help for all of its customers.
The Importance Of Pragmatic Solutions
The role of Pragmatic Solutions in the German launch has been vital. The company will power the launch using its player account management (PAM) platform. Pragmatic Solutions and DAZN have already worked together on two other launches, with the company helping DAZN Bet launch in the UK and Spain.
