The final night of the inaugural league phase in the Europa League takes place on Thursday, with all 36 teams in action at the same time.

There is plenty still to play for, with Lazio currently the only team to have confirmed a top-eight spot and just seven teams officially eliminated.

The other 28 sides are all jostling for position in an ultra-competitive league table and there will be drama and excitement across Europe as the final placings are decided.

Here we have picked out the best bets from an action-packed card.

  • BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE AND OVER 2.5 GOALS IN RANGERS VS UNION SAINT-GILLOISE
  • HUGO EKITEKE TO SCORE AT ANY TIME VS ROMA
  • BODO/GLIMT DRAW NO BET VS NICE
  • UNDER 2.5 GOALS IN FCSB VS MANCHESTER UNITED
  • TOTTENHAM TO WIN AND BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE VS ELFSBORG
  • ANDERLECHT TO BEAT HOFFEHEIM

Rangers vs Union Saint-Gilloise

Rangers and Union Saint-Gilloise have both wrapped up a spot in the knockout stages and both retain an outside chance of sneaking into the top eight if they win this clash at Ibrox and other results go in their favour.

Both teams are on 11 points, three behind the top-eight spots, but Rangers’ superior goal difference gives them the best chance of bridging the gap.

Those permutations mean that this game will essentially be a free hit for the two teams and an entertaining affair could follow.

Both teams have scored in five of Rangers’ last six European encounters and the visitors have been much improved recently.

After taking just two points from their first four games, the Belgians have won three in a row in this competition.

Sebastien Pocognoli’s men have netted 10 times in their last four away games in all competitions and are fancied to play their part in an entertaining affair. Take over 2.5 goals and both teams to score.

BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE AND OVER 2.5 GOALS

Roma vs Eintracht Frankfurt

Roma are vulnerable to falling outside of the top 24 as they host an Eintracht Frankfurt side who have been in solid form this season.

Manchester City recently signed Omar Marmoush but his former strike partner Hugo Ekitike has been almost as impressive this term.

The Frenchman has 16 goals in all competitions and has found the net five times in his last four appearances in all competitions, stepping up to fill the hole that Marmoush has left.

Side with the 22-year-old to deepen Roma’s woes by getting on the scoresheet here.

HUGO EKITEKE TO SCORE AT ANY TIME

Nice vs Bodo/Glimt

Not many teams have had a worse European campaign this season than Nice, who have taken just two points from a possible 21 in the Europa League.

Their elimination is already confirmed and they may rotate as a result, particularly as they are in a decent position in Ligue 1, currently sitting fourth.

The French side host Bodo/Glimt, who have won four of their league-phase games, including victories over Porto, Besiktas and Braga.

The visitors are just a point outside of the top eight so a win here would give them a decent chance of progressing to the last 16 automatically.

Take the stalemate out of the equation and side with the Norwegian team in the draw no bet market, as their hosts could bring their woeful campaign to a close with another defeat.

BODO/GLIMT DRAW NO BET

FCSB vs Manchester United

Manchester United made hard work of a 2-1 win over Rangers last time out in the Europa League, with Bruno Fernandes saving the day once again with an injury-time winner.

Their final group game could be another slog against a solid FCSB side. The Red Devils are two points clear of Galatasaray in ninth so are strong favourites to secure a top-eight spot.

However, the hosts are just a point behind them and should not be underestimated. The Romanians have lost just once in the league phase and only Roma, Olympiacos, Union Saint-Gilloise and Lazio have conceded fewer goals than Elias Charalambous’ men.

Including the qualifiers, six of FCSB’s nine Europa League games have gone under 2.5 goals and a repeat of that is a real possibility against this Manchester United side.

Issues between Ruben Amorim and Marcus Rashford have continued to overshadow preparations for this clash and United were a touch fortunate to secure a 1-0 win over Fulham at the weekend.

Under 2.5 goals looks like a big runner in this one.

UNDER 2.5 GOALS

Tottenham vs Elfsborg

The pressure has been rising on Ange Postecoglou in recent weeks as Tottenham’s poor Premier League form has left them on the brink of a relegation battle.

The Europa League has provided some much needed respite for Spurs, who have only lost one of their seven league-phase games and sit sixth in the table before this final matchup with Elfsborg.

The visitors have kept alive their hopes of a knockout spot with two wins in a row and are fancied to get on the scoresheet against their leaky hosts.

The Swedish side have scored in all but one of their seven league-phase games and could get on the scoresheet again here.

Both teams have scored in five of Tottenham’s last six in Europe and Postecoglou’s men are taken to edge an entertaining affair.

TOTTENHAM TO WIN AND BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE

Anderlecht vs Hoffenheim

Hoffenheim must beat Anderlecht to keep alive any hopes of reaching the knockout stages but they might be dashed by their Belgian hosts.

The Purple and White have won nine of their last 12 home games and are taking on a Bundesliga team with just one win in their last 12 league and cup outings.

They were beaten 3-2 at home by an injury-ravaged Tottenham last week and may fall to another defeat to confirm their elimination.

ANDERLECHT TO WIN
