It's the John Smith's Cup at York on Saturday afternoon on a card the Knavesmire circuit labels the 'informal party highlight of the year with betting excitement and summer fun'.
The highlight is of course the John Smith's Cup itself at 3.10, while the supporting races include the Listed City Walls Stakes (2.35) and the Group 3 John Smith's Silver Cup Stakes (3.45) on a seven-race card.

Sea The Casper looked impressive and put away some solid yardsticks in pleasing style at Lingfield last month. Simon & Ed Crisford's son of Sea The Stars faces a sterner challenge now, though, and this will be easily the biggest field he has run in.
Challenging him for favouritism could be last month's Hunt Cup runner-up Jimi Hendrix, with Ralph Beckett's charge getting to race from the same mark of 100.
Nobel is a low-mileage contender for Andrew Balding in the Qatar Racing silks. He got things all his own way at Newcastle last time and may not be afforded a similar time of it now.
The same trainer's Scampi was a little unlucky in the Old Newton Cup at Haydock last week and is a player if this quick turnaround doesn't catch him out. The drop in trip might be more concerning.
Saeed bin Suroor's Long Tradition defied an absence of more than 600 days when scoring easily at Chelmsford in June - he's officially 9lb well-in on ratings but has had just three weeks to recover which is a worry.
MAKINMEDOIT might be one worth chancing at a big price for Harry Eustace. The Golden Horn filly took her form up a notch around Lingfield on the Polytrack in the winter and can be forgiven having finished last in Listed company at Ayr in May. She is proven to stay this far and the 3lb claim of Pierre-Louis Jamin is a help.

3.45 - John Smith's Silver Cup Stakes (Group 3, 1m6f)
Although he has to concede a penalty to his five rivals, Hamish will be expected to follow up his Ormonde Stakes win at Chester in May in the John Smith's Silver Cup.
The William Haggas-trained son of Motivator is a thoroughly consistent performer and should take some stopping.
Teumessias Fox found the Duke Of Edinburgh Stakes at Royal Ascot a bridge too far last month having started as favourite. Connections now opt for a first crack in this higher grade.
The filly One Evening is the lowest-rated in the field but John & Thady Gosden's daughter of Galileo has raced just five times – winning her maiden at Kempton in October over 1m3f – and last month's second in a Listed race at Pontefract behind Voodoo Queen can be upgraded as she stumbled and took a bump exiting the start stalls leaving her in rear from the start before she beat all bar the handily-placed race winner home.
Andrea Atzeni rides and his partner could be the main danger if the market leader doesn't live up to expectations.
